We are looking to add a full time Office Clerk to our ever growing business! We are looking for a motivated individual who loves a challenge, problem solving and working as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
Duties will include:
-Maintaining Occupational Health & Safety Records
-Entry of AP & AR invoices into our accounting software in an efficient and timely manner
-Assisting with filing and maintaining the filing procedures
-Accurately tracking and billing jobs
-Maintaining fuel records
-Invoice creation, receiving and processing payments, maintaining communication with customers
