One-year temporary position offered at our head office, located in the heart of Old Quebec.
As a member of the Imports team, the selected candidate plays a key role in providing administrative and operational support to the Design Department by ensuring the smooth management of files, overseeing fabric libraries, and supporting the department's organization.
Key Responsibilities
Support the designer-coordinator team in various administrative tasks, including:
+ Preparing required documents for material sourcing.
+ Following up with external suppliers and entering relevant data.
+ Measuring samples and coordinating wash tests. Managing and maintaining the fabric libraries.
Preparing Simons' seasonal palettes.
Providing administrative support for special projects.
Performing any other related administrative duties in support of the Imports team.
Desired Profile
Ability to work independently while being an engaged team member.
Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
Comfortable using computers (PC environment) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
