Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents Provide customer support through effective communication and problem-solving skills Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office efficiency

Skills



Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently Experience in clerical roles or administrative positions preferred Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices Typing proficiency for efficient data entry tasks Work independently and with the team Reliable
