Position Overview
The
Office Caller / Scheduler
is the first point of contact for homeowners and contractors reaching out to us. You'll handle inbound calls, confirm appointments, and manage technician schedules to ensure our day runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries politely and professionally.
Schedule and confirm site visits, inspections, and installations.
Keep the schedule up to date and coordinate with our field team.
Enter customer details accurately into our CRM system (Zoho).
Follow up with clients as needed to confirm appointments and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain a professional tone and represent the company with confidence.
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software (Zoho CRM or similar).
Positive, team-oriented attitude.
Dependable, punctual, and professional at all times.
Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or administration is an asset -- but not required if you're quick to learn and eager to grow.
