We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Associate / Customer Care Representative to manage essential administrative tasks, communicate with clients, and maintain accurate records. This is a part-time, on-site role with potential for growth into a full-time position.

Duties



Calling clients to request and follow up on reviews, supporting our commitment to service excellence. Data entry and record management to ensure accuracy and reliability of office information. Organizing, filing, and managing office documentation to keep our operations streamlined and efficient.

Skills



Previous experience in a similar role is an asset. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
