General Responsibilities
Customer Service
Answering phones, check messages, Emails
Communicating between homeowners, insurance and project managers
Opening jobs
Assisting with managing job information
Scheduling appointments
Obtaining quotes
Basic accounting - Invoicing, deposits, data entry, statements, etc.
Some Health & Safety and some marketing duties
Cleaning of office areas
Other company duties
