Position Overview


We are seeking a reliable and detail-driven Office Assistant to help keep our daily office workflow running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will act as a key point of contact for customers and internal departments, ensuring information flows accurately and on time.

Clear communication and a proactive mindset are essential, as you will work closely with our logistics, dispatch, procurement, and warehouse teams to support ongoing orders and customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities



Manage incoming phone calls, respond to general inquiries, and direct callers to the appropriate department. Identify customer needs, gather relevant details, and communicate them accurately to internal teams. Prepare, review, and issue order documents with a high level of accuracy. Track order progress, coordinate with various departments, and keep customers updated. Assist with day-to-day office tasks, including maintaining records, filing, and organizing documents.

Required Knowledge and Skills



Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Solid data entry skills; prior experience with an ERP system is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner. Strong organizational abilities and comfort managing multiple tasks at once. A customer-focused mindset and ability to clarify and respond to customer needs. Strong command of English (verbal and written).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
