PDG Pediatric Dental Group has a great opportunity available for motivated and driven individuals. We are currently looking to add to our growing Office Assistant Team!

At PDG, we believe in having fun while delivering a great service to our patients. We are a multi-location dental group, and specialize in Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry for children, adolescents and adults in our Vancouver, Delta/Surrey, Richmond and Coquitlam. This position is for Vancouver and Richmond locations.

As an office assistant at PDG you will be an essential part of our daily business needs learning the ins and outs of our practice while working closely with our GA team.

We are currently looking for an Office Assistant position at our Vancouver location

Job Duties include, but not limited to:

- Unpacking orders and distributing supplies

- Filing charts

- Emptying Shredders

- Check Stock of things to order (office supplies)

- Clean Toy Room

- Pick up and drop off mail

- Put out charts and day sheets for next day

- Turning off TV's, X-boxes, closing blinds, and recycling old newspaper at the end of the day

- Checking all washrooms for need of toiletries or soap & if garbage is overflowing

- Empty recycling everywhere

- Follow up on Xerox Toners and return used toners

- Ordering supplies for anything marketing related

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
