Happy Keys Piano Academy offers fun and engaging piano lessons for children ages 4 and up! We specialize in beginner's piano lessons and group piano lessons with a focus on building a student's interest, skills, and confidence! We are in-person and have successfully merged online in both private and group lessons. We bring over 19 years of teaching experience and we are constantly evolving as the learning and teaching landscape changes. Contract Office Admin Requirements:

Have a music teaching background is an asset.

Have any experience working with children and families, an asset.

Scheduling lessons, invoicing, and receiving payments from clients.
Light book-keeping.
Assist with ordering books and materials.
Assist with recitals and special events.
Comfortable with sanitization and cleaning after shifts and locking up or opening. This will depend on shift times.
Photocopying, restocking supplies, and general tidying.
Respond to and reply to incoming emails and phone messages.
Assisting with onboarding new students (registration) and offboarding students. Meet and greet students and staff in a friendly manner.
Able to navigate Google Drive, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Canva.
Assist with marketing events, posting on social media, sending newsletters, and updating the websites with the news.
Establish set office hours and daily communication with clients.
This position has the potential to move into more managing roles as our company grows.
This position will be a mix of in-person and online.
Position: We are hiring for the best fit and will be hiring ongoing until we find the right team member. We are looking to have someone start as soon as possible.
Part-Time Hours: Minimum 6 to 8 hours a week to start, hours will grow with the right candidate, 3 months probation applies.
