Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.It consists of client emails regarding new products,product advertisement,new product listings on our website,customer service and product packing.

Duties



Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using proper phone etiquette. Organize and maintain filing systems--both digital and physical--ensuring documents are easily accessible. Assist with office management duties such as supply inventory, ordering materials, and maintaining equipment. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, supporting clients and team members alike. Support administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, mailing packages, and managing incoming/outgoing correspondence. Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and streamline workflows for increased productivity.

Qualifications



Proven experience in an office environment or administrative role; prior clerical or receptionist experience is highly valued. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and QuickBooks preferred. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Exceptional communication skills--bilingual abilities are a plus--and familiarity with phone etiquette across multi-line systems. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professionalism. Capable of typing quickly and accurately; familiarity with proofreading is advantageous. Experience in customer service roles or medical/dental receptionist positions is beneficial. Strong time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of office management best practices along with basic bookkeeping skills such as data entry and filing. Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
