Position Overview

We're looking for an organized, reliable, and personable Office Assistant to join our team at our Junction location (3089 Dundas Street West, Toronto). The ideal candidate enjoys working with families, is detail-oriented, and can manage a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients and families with professionalism and warmth Manage scheduling, billing, and client records using the Jane app software Process payments and issue receipts accurately Respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner Support clinicians with administrative tasks and documentation Maintain an organized, tidy, and welcoming office space

Qualifications

Previous administrative or customer service experience (clinic or healthcare setting preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Experience using the Jane app software (or similar clinic management systems) is an asset Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor Evening and weekend availability (until 7 pm) is essential
