What You'll Do:

As our

Office Assistant

, you'll be a key support to our team across multiple departments including design, operations, warehouse, and marketing. No two days are the same -- you'll keep us organized, efficient, and focused as we continue to scale.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Coordinating daily administrative tasks and team support Managing incoming calls, emails, and client communication Handling shipping logistics (UPS, FedEx, Canpar), mail, and couriers Supporting wholesale, retail, and buyer communications Booking travel, accommodations, models, and event logistics Assisting with product uploads, inventory updates, and order processing Running errands and organizing office supplies and spaces Helping troubleshoot backend systems and platforms Preparing special reports and internal documentation

What We're Looking For:

Maturity, professionalism, and excellent communication skills Exceptionally organized with strong time management Tech-savvy with proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with,

inventory platforms

, and

shipping systems

Background in

fashion, wholesale, or event logistics

is a strong asset Comfortable handling repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy Positive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership
