We are a professional condominium management firm providing administrative, financial, and operational support to condominium corporations. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to Boards of Directors, residents, and service providers in a professional and efficient manner.

Position Overview:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our management office. The successful candidate will support daily office operations, assist the Property Manager, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient management of multiple condominium communities.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the first point of contact for residents, contractors, and visitors--answering calls and emails promptly and professionally. Prepare correspondence, notices, and meeting materials for Property Managers and Boards of Directors. Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for multiple condominium corporations. Process incoming and outgoing mail, invoices, and payments. Coordinate service requests, contractor appointments, and resident inquiries. Assist with scheduling meetings, recording minutes, and organizing board packages. Support management with various administrative tasks, special projects, and reporting as required.

Qualifications:



Administrative or office experience (property management or condominium industry experience is an asset). Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation. Experience with property management software (e.g., Buildium) considered an asset.
