  • MS Excel
  • MS Windows
  • MS Word
  • MS Outlook
Specific Skills
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic inquiries
  • follow up overdue accounts, identify debtors, contact them by phone and encourage them to pay their debts
  • Organizing files and important company paperwork
  • Other everyday duties include collecting information, faxing, scanning, making copies and data entry.
