Job Duties



Job Duties
1. Prepare all course manuals following guidelines established by the program.
2. Scan examination opscan sheets to determine grades and other statistical information as required.
3. Prepare all quizzes and examinations for the program.
4. Prepare textbook orders for the program.
5. Order office supplies as required.
6. Management procurement card including reconciling the monthly statement.
7. Provide courteous, detailed and accurate program information to faculty, students, outside agencies, licensing bodies and government departments.
8. Provide administrative support to the program as needed for EDO, sick leave and vacation coverage.


QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)
1. Grade 12 plus a recognized Office Administration certificate or an equivalent combination of education and experience, which must include training and/or experience in minute taking.
2. Two years recent and relevant experience performing administrative and clerical work.
3. Training and/or experience at the intermediate level in the use of common software packages, i.e. MS Office Suite.
4. Knowledge of common office procedures.
5. Effective interpersonal skills.
6. Effective communication skills.
7. Effective organizational skills.
8. Effective proofreading skills.
9. Ability to work independently under generalized supervision.
10. Demonstrates valuing diversity.
