Job Description

Saskatoon CPAP Services is looking for a Full Time Office Assistant to join our team. We are a locally owned and operated business providing testing and treatment for thousands of patients diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. Administrative and clerical duties will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, managing electronic communication such as emails, and navigating patient files in our Accuro EMR system. You will also be responsible for handling debit, credit and cash transactions, maintaining electronic medical records, triaging scheduled appointments and walk-ins, and operating the voicemail messaging system and photocopier.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly, professional demeanor, excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to multitask, and work well with other staff. Experience working in an optometrist office or within other allied health professions will be considered an asset.

Familiarity with the following programs is also considered an asset: QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office, Voice Op Phone System, EMR systems, particularly Accuro.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
