We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role involves data entry, answering phones, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform accurate and efficient data entry Answer and direct phone calls professionally Provide administrative support to staff as needed Maintain organized electronic records Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and general office duties Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks Use computer applications and office software proficiently

Qualifications:



Proven experience in an office support role Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel), Adobe Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work independently, self motivated Previous experience with data entry is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
