Role Overview:


The Office Assistant will support daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being organized, and takes initiative in handling tasks independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage incoming calls/emails and correspondence Organize and maintain filing systems Perform data entry, filing, and document organization Assist in coordinating inbound/outbound shipments Support warehouse and logistics team with administrative tasks

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Able to work in a fast-paced environment Previous administrative experience is an asset
