Our downtown Montreal real estate office is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team full-time in an entry-level position. We own several residential and commercial buildings in the western downtown core, and are looking for a dynamic leasing agent to rent apartments and assist with daily office administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone with minimal experience who is eager to develop a strong foundation in property management.
Responsibilities:
Handle the entire leasing process, including apartment showings, listing advertisements, and finalizing leases.
Answer phone calls and manage emails.
Organizing file systems.
Receivables and cash handling.
Assisting the office manager as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Fluent in French and English (written and oral)
Excellent customer facing and communication skills
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn!
Relevant experience in office administration or customer service (an asset)

Il s'agit d'une excellente opportunite pour une personne ayant peu d'experience et desireuse d'acquerir de solides bases en gestion immobiliere.
Responsabilites :
Gerer l'ensemble du processus de location, y compris les visites d'appartements, les annonces immobilieres et la finalisation des baux.
Repondre aux appels telephoniques et gerer les courriels.
Organiser les systemes de fichiers.
Gerer les comptes clients et la tresorerie.
Assister le directeur du bureau au besoin.
Qualifications :
Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou equivalent requis.
Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais (ecrit et oral).
Excellentes competences relationnelles et communicationnelles.
Competences informatiques de base (Word, Excel).
Fiable, ponctuel et desireux d'apprendre!
Experience pertinente en administration de bureau ou en service a la clientele (un atout).
