C Market Coffee is a specialty cafe and coffee roastery with a full commercial kitchen located in Coquitlam, B.C. We are dedicated to serving high-quality coffee and fresh, healthy food. Our team carefully roasts coffee in small batches in-house, ensuring the freshest cup for our customers. We are looking for a dedicated

Office Assitant

to support our daily operations, ensuring smooth inventory management, vendor coordination, and administrative efficiency.

This is an in-house position. We are not hiring freelancers or remote workers.



Job Summary



The Office Assistant will oversee daily administrative tasks, vendor communications, inventory and ordering management, and delivery coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth business operations and maintaining accurate financial and logistical records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support



Respond to emails and phone inquiries professionally and promptly. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and interdepartmental communication. Process and maintain financial records, including receipts and invoices.

Inventory & Ordering Management



Place and track orders for cafe ingredients, packaging, and supplies with vendors. Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed to prevent shortages. Assist in coordinating inventory needs across different departments.

Delivery Coordination & Logistics



Prepare and organize outgoing deliveries for cafes, ensuring accuracy. Confirm delivery schedules with suppliers and logistics partners. Maintain shipment records and resolve any delivery-related issues.

Maintenance & General Operations Support



Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplier contacts, and order schedules. Coordinate maintenance schedules for equipment and cafe locations to ensure timely servicing. Support general office administration and assist in daily operational needs.

Requirements



Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in inventory management, logistics, or office administration. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask efficiently. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in Korean and English is a strong asset. Familiarity with QuickBooks, Shopify, or similar management software is a plus.
