Duties: - We are looking for an on-site office assistant to take on alternating office tasks. The scope of work would be incremental based on company/project needs, and applicant comfort.
- This position requires the ability to provide excellent customer service, answering phone calls, respond to emails, schedule and plan timelines, gathering data, and operate the front desk.
- The ability to utilize computerized systems and software, including QuickBooks, Word, Excell and Project Management software to complete administrative tasks will be required. Skills: - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. Must be organized and take great pride in their work.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer service.
- Proficiency in computer skills and ability to navigate compute systems. Should be proficient at typing.
- Ability to adapt to changing tasks based on project requirements is required. The office assistant role requires dealing with tasks as they develop.
- Previous experience in a office work, project managment is an asset. - Knowledge / Experience in the construction industry is beneficial, but not necessary. - The specific tasks and requirements of this assistant role will be alternating and develop over time, as issues arrise, and as comfort and abilities improve.
