Responsibilities
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Paperwork: create/file
Previous office experience is preferred, with a focus on administrative roles.
Familiarity with medical or dental office environments is a plus, particularly as a dental receptionist.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in typing and data entry tasks.
Demonstrated customer service experience with effective phone etiquette.
