Our growing company is located in Midland. We are looking to hire a part time Office Assistant.
The successful candidate will provide support to the Office Manager with administrative, human resources, bookkeeping and payroll tasks.
Hours are 9am to 4pm - 2 days per week. Additional hours may be required during peak times (fall and winter season). Availability to work Sundays would be an advantage.
Qualifications, Responsibilities & Requirements:
Post Secondary education
Proficient with computers with strong excel and word skills. Knowledge of quickbooks.
Strong typing skills to ensure quick and ACCURATE data entry
Must be a detailed oriented person with good recall/retention skills
Quick learner, able to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Understanding of confidentiality
Team Player with good organizational and communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment.
Benefits available after 1 month. 3 month probation period with 80% coverage for dental, medical, eyecare etc.
Part time role - approximately 10 to 15 hours per week with additional hours available at peak times (winter season)
Salary: $20.00 per hour to start
