Overview


We are an international trading company specializing in food import and export business, seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant / Merchandiser to join our team.

Duties



Handle order processing, documentation, and follow-up with suppliers and customers. Coordinate shipping, customs clearance, and logistics arrangements. Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and related trade documents. Communicate with overseas suppliers and customers via email and phone. Support sales team in daily operations and problem-solving. Knowledge or experience in

Food Safety

(e.g., HACCP, food import/export regulations) is highly preferred.

Requirements



College diploma or above, preferably in International Trade, Business, or related fields. Experience in import/export, logistics, or trading company preferred Good command of English (written & spoken); Japanese/other languages a plus. Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.85-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
