Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Front desk reception
- Providing clerical/administrative support to various team members
- Processing invoices for payment
- Managing general email account
- Maintaining/ordering office supplies as well as maintain office cleanliness
- File/document management
- Database maintenance/data entry
- Document preparation
- Mail handling and arranging couriers
-Performing a wide variety of typing/scanning assignments including confidential documents
-Communicate with customers and suppliers in a professional manager
-Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Good organization and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
