What you will do:
  • Facilitate activities within HR (human resources) department in the day-to-day operations
  • Maintain the CRM database of our customers
  • Respond to customer calls with professionalism and courtesy and provide them with a remarkable experience
  • Good phone etiquette
  • Organize, plan and coordinate schedule appointments, follow-ups, cancellations and manage special customer requests
  • Continuously monitor staff calendar and ensure appointment scheduling is optimized
  • Help in different departments as needed
  • Process texts, archive, copy, print, publish, organize, etc
What you must have:
  • 1 year of customer service experience - good track record!
  • Bilingual
  • Disciplined and motivated
  • Have good listening skills
  • Ability to follow up
  • Likes to consult and help people
  • Naturally positive, open to new learning
  • Find creative solutions to unforeseen events and problems
  • Great interpersonal skills and enthusiasm
  • Proficiency in computer
