is seeking an

Office Assistant

to join our dynamic administrative department. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to develop a long-term career in administration within a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities



Welcome visitors and respond to inquiries at reception Perform photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally Provide administrative support and excellent client service to the property management team Assist with preparing correspondence, reports, and other documentation Support general office operations and other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications & Skills



Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a healthy work-life balance Proactive, collaborative, and able to meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) On-site position (not eligible for hybrid or remote work)
