Duties
Occasional greeting clients and answering phone calls
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Maintain client records and ensure all files are organized
Support paralegals with clerical duties

Customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Organizational skills with attention to detail for managing files and records
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated
