Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This role is important in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, particularly within a notary law firm setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, some customer service abilities, and a proactive approach to administrative tasks.

Duties



Occasional greeting clients and answering phone calls Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Maintain client records and ensure all files are organized Support paralegals with clerical duties

Computer proficiency and data entry Customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively Organizational skills with attention to detail for managing files and records Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated
