Marty's is looking for someone who is ready to provide the best support for our clients and team. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team, and be the first point of positive contact for our clients! The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, and evolving the day-to-day, as the challenges come through the phone and door. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks, have a strong attention to detail, and roll with the punches. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in a professional trades administrative role. Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, providing solutions and setting appointments
  • Identify types of leads incoming and assign to the correct channels
  • Receive and update orders for clients, schedule return visits and follow ups
  • Manage office filing systems, including electronic and paper files - light accounting system management
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Provide support to other departments as needed
  • Aid in planning Training and Staff events
  • Keep moral high and work with a positive mentality!
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18.00-$24.00 per hour Benefits:
