Career Plus is hiring an

Office Assistant

to support our immigration consultancy office. This role includes handling phone calls, communicating with clients, and assisting with daily administrative work.

Responsibilities:



Answer and manage incoming phone calls Communicate with clients professionally (phone, email, in-person) Schedule appointments and follow up with clients Prepare and organize client documents Support immigration consultants with office tasks

Requirements:



Minimum

1 year of office or administrative experience

Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Basic computer and office software knowledge
