Centennial Collision Centre Saint John is looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Assistant!
NOW HIRING:
Office Assistant
LOCATION:
Centennial Collision Centre, Saint John, New Brunswick
HOURS: Full time, 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
WAGES: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour + benefits. (Negotiable based on experience)

As an Office Assistant, you will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly by supporting production processes, managing paperwork, coordinating rentals, and communicating clearly with customers and internal teams. You'll be responsible for taking accurate notes, providing timely updates, and helping ensure tasks stay on track. While previous administrative or collision centre experience is an asset, we are happy to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic and a positive, team-focused attitude.

MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Book rental vehicles and coordinate rental-related paperwork
  • Post invoices and assist with basic accounting and file maintenance
  • Process and track production checklists and internal documentation
  • Contact customers with updates and required information
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
  • File and maintain office paperwork and repair files
  • Assist with pre-closing files for insurance
  • Support production and administrative staff with day-to-day tasks
  • Communicate with insurers, vendors, and internal departments as needed
  • Ensure files are accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Contribute to a well-organized, efficient office environment
