Job Description

Answer phones and directing calls

directing customers to sales people.

Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes.

Filing and organizing records, invoices and other important documentation

Review customer invoices for accuracy
Ensure that all invoices are mailed to customers on time

Keep efficient invoice filing system that the entire department can use to keep track of current and archived invoices

Assist in making accounts receivables collection calls.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Problem-solving and decision making skills
Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion Exceptional attention to detail Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
