We are a new plumbing and hvac company and seeking an Office Assistant.

Duties
Support bookkeeping and basic financial tasks related to billing and invoicing
Record and organize job report and information from our technician and customers.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings as needed
Support administrative functions such as copying, scanning, and mailing documents
will need to answer the phone calls in the future.
Experience
Basic knowledge on QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Google Workspace applications
Experience with data entry, filing systems, and document proofreading
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
