About the Role:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Office Assistant(Legal)

to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and research support to our legal staff, helping ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality client service.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist lawyers with document preparation, filing, and case management Draft, proofread, and format correspondence and legal documents Conduct basic legal research and organize case materials Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion

Requirements:



Background in law or legal studies is preferred

Excellent communication and writing skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, PDF tools) Knowledge of additional languages is an asset
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
