Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate team members.
Greet and assist walk-in customers.
Prepare documents and handle general paperwork.
Pack and prepare small orders for shipment.
Schedule and coordinate shipments and deliveries.
Order and manage office supplies; maintain office plants and property.
Maintain and update the company website and marketing posts.
Coordinate with service providers and vendors.
Data entry.
Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks as required.
