Responsibilities



Manage and organize office files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible. Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel while providing exceptional customer support. Good Communication with team members. Assist with clerical duties such as data entry, maintaining records, and preparing reports. Operate office equipment and maintain inventory of supplies to ensure efficient office operations. Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and improve office processes.

Skills



Strong clerical skills with an emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with rate payers and staff. Ability to provide customer support effectively while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 28 per week
