Job Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our legal team. A successful candidate will have experience working in an office setting.

Duties



Draft and prepare legal documents; Deliver/serve documents to the courthouse and other legal institutions; Organize and maintain client files, both digital and physical; Assist with scheduling and calendar management; Communicate professionally with clients, court staff, and other legal professionals; and Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.

Skills



Strong written and verbal communication skills; Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail; Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines; Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.); Reliable and comfortable with running errands locally (access to personal transportation is an asset); and Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
