Job Summary

We are seeking an office assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. This position requires strong detailed and organizational skills.

Duties

Perform clerical duties, organized filing systems and record systems. Answering phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments. Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing, data entry, correspondence, and inventory management. Ability to multitask with accuracy. Reliable, team player, resourceful, organized. Support the team with various tasks as needed to enhance overall office efficiency. Data entry in Sage accounting software and Microsoft software. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Capable of maintaining focus and delivering results in past paced environments. Proficient in using phone systems and basic office software applications (electronic mail, Excel, Word, Internet). Experience with scheduling. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
