Job Description

Office administrative work, which includes: making calls, emailing companies/clients, talking to customers, and sending estimates.This role also requires computer competency, as well as excel proficiency.There is also light payroll work that is to be completed on a biweekly basis for the technicians.This a contractual role, please have an HST number (or be prepared to have on upon hiring)Training pay starts at $16/hour.After training, performance will be reviewed and wages will be discussed.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Casual, FreelanceSalary: From $16.00 per hourSchedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Woodbridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
  • Secondary School (required)
Experience:
  • administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (preferred)
  • receptionist: 1 year (required)
