Receptionist/Counter Sales Person

Full Time, Permanent

Water Pure & Simple is seeking an energetic and motivated receptionist and counter sales person. This is a full time, permanent position. Water Pure & Simple is a local supplier of bottled water, packaged ice, and coffee. We deliver to homes, offices, and depots in the Westlock and surrounding area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Counter sales for walk in customers. Ability to lift 45lbs, as some customers require help carrying out their bottles.

Telephone and e-mail communication with customers to schedule deliveries, pay bills, etc.

Maintaining cleanliness of office, showroom and refill station areas.

Dispatching delivery trucks and communication with delivery drivers.

Assisting production staff as required.

Processing customer payments, invoices and statements.

The following experience and skills would be considered and asset:

Accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping experience.

General computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.

Customer service and telephone sales experience.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy environment.

Excellent organizational skills.

Hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Competitive wage, based on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
