Kismet Learning Centre Inc. is a multidisciplinary clinic dedicated to supporting children and families through collaborative, play-based, and family-centered therapy. We provide behaviour consultation, intervention services, speech and language therapy to children and youth with diverse needs. As we expand to offer clinic-based care in addition to home-based services, we are excited to grow our passionate team!

We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable

Office Administrator/ Receptionist

to join our team at Kismet Learning Centre Inc. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys welcoming families, supporting daily clinic operations, and helping our team deliver exceptional care. If you love working in a family-focused environment and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:



Welcome families and children as they arrive at the clinic Answer incoming phone calls, relay messages to the Clinical Director, and communicate updates back to families Assist families with completing client intake forms for new clients Support team scheduling and coordination of therapist availability Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and waiting area Complete general administrative and office support tasks as needed

Qualifications:



Warm, approachable, and family-friendly personality Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and stay organized Comfortable learning new administrative or clinic-related software (training provided) Previous experience in reception, customer service, or a clinic/childcare environment is an asset Clear Criminal Record Check

Schedule:



Tuesdays:

12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Wednesdays:

12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Saturdays:

10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
