Evoke Wellness Centre is hiring a friendly and dependable Front Desk/ Admin team member to support our wellness practice.

Details



Hours: 1 day scheduled per week (Fridays). Addition hours available to cover shifts as needed. Greet clients and manage appointment flow Insurance billing, private billing, scheduling, and basic admin tasks Assist customers with supplement pick ups Answer phones and emails Keep laundry running and complete light cleaning duties Create a warm, welcoming from-desk experience Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained for optimal operation

Requirements



Reliable, punctual and organized Comfortable with multitasking and client interaction Experience working at the front desk with excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette Able to work independantly Front desk, admin, or wellness experience is an asset Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary for team coordination and client interactions
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Work Location: In person
