Lynco Energy Services Ltd is currently accepting applications for one full-time, permanent Administrator to join our Lloydminster AB team. QUALIFICATIONS 2 years of administrative experience required. Fluency in MS Word Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. Positive attitude and collaborative approach to problem solving. Self driven individual. Exceptional organization skill. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. JOB RESPONSIBILITES Provide general administrative office duties and support to operations. Complete billing and client invoicing Minutes for meetings Perform time entry for payroll within set timelines Assist accounting department with customer account reconciliations, tracking, and follow-ups Inventory processing including PO\xe2\x80\x99s and auditing monthly variances Tracking fleet maintenance, equipment utilization, providing on-call dispatch update Safety Matrix, uploading safety tickets Development, coordination, and updating of the construction schedule Booking hotels, booking safety training, orientations Processing and administering quotes Other duties as directed by your direct manager. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour Benefits:

Experience:
  • receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
  • administrative assistant: 3 years (preferred)
