Job Description

We are a small team working in Construction Business in Bridgewater. As an Office Administrator/Receptionist, you will be essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our office environment. Your core responsibilities will include managing clerical tasks, enhancing communication, and organizing administrative functions. The ideal candidate overseas all administrative procedures and also enters Payables/Receivables in our Sage accounting System. Working well together with our Main Bookkeeper, Project Manager and Estimator.

Qualifications



Proven administrative experience in an office setting Strong clerical skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational abilities Familiarity with Sage software Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations Knowledge of bookkeeping and payroll processes is a plus and it is mandatory Ability to manage vendor relationships and team dynamics
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
