Office Administrator/property Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an Office Administrator / Property Manager who will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, property management tasks, and bookkeeping duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, excellent organizational skills, and familiarity with bookkeeping and accounting software, particularly Sage.

Key Responsibilities

:

Property Management

: Coordinate leasing activities, tenant communications, and property maintenance requests. Conduct property inspections and ensure properties meet safety and maintenance standards. Manage tenant move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. Ensure timely rent collection and follow-up on outstanding payments.

Office Administration

: Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries. Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relations. Prepare reports and presentations as needed. Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and paper). Handle scheduling and other administrative tasks as needed.

Bookkeeping

: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including rent payments, invoices, and other financial data. Reconcile accounts and generate financial reports. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and tracking expenses. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
