Job Description

Brent Bishop Realty Ltd. is seeking a Permanent Part-Time Office Administrator/Leasing Agent.

Part-time semi flexible hours: 20-25hrs. per week
Monday to Friday, 8:30-12:30.
$22-$25hr+ rental bonuses.

Position Summary:



Provide general bookeeping and administrative duties. Bookkeeping with Sage accounting software. Prepare payroll for 2-3 employees. Prepare journal entries. Manage accounts receivable. Manage accounts payable. Prepare bank reconciliations. Prepare year end. HST filing Answer telephone calls, text messages and email inquiries as needed from prospective and current tenants. Complete screening of applicants. Scheduling, arranging meetings and appointments for apartment viewings. Processing and signing of lease agreements and other residential tenancy forms. Advertise units as needed.

Requirements/Skills:



Demonstrated attention to detail, multi-tasking, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management, and appointment scheduling skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs and Google Drive. Ability to communicate pleasantly and clearly by phone, email and in person. Critical thinking and problem solving. Reliable, strong work ethic. Positive attitude. Must have own vehicle.
Training can be provided for Leasing Agent duties; however, previous property management experience would be considered an asset. Experience is Sage Accounting Software is also an asset.

This is a permanent part time position, if you are seeking full time employment this would not be the position you are looking for.
