Responsibilities:
Be the welcoming face and first point of contact for all client and guest interactions.
Be instrumental in consolidating, developing, and updating processes for the office.
Manage daily office operations: phones, scheduling, supplies, and general coordination.
Support advisors with meeting prep, document handling, and follow-ups.
Oversee and elevate the client experience -- from onboarding to ongoing relationship touch points.
Organize client events, appreciation campaigns, and personalized outreach strategies.
Maintain CRM systems and ensure client records are up to date.
Identify areas for process improvements to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
2+ years in an office admin, client services, or executive assistant role (financial services or professional services a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
Warm, professional demeanor with a passion for helping others
Strong organizational skills and a high level of accountability
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience in a wealth advisory, financial planning, or investment firm
Love planning events or creating special client moments
