Excelsior Architectural Products Ltd. is seeking an experienced
Office Administrator / Bookkeeper
to support our construction operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the
construction or trades industry
, with strong bookkeeping, job costing, and administrative skills.
This is a key role supporting project managers, operations, and senior management in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Vendor invoices, customer billings, and collections
Job costing, project expense tracking, and progress billings
Payroll support and timesheet reconciliation
Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
Assist with month-end reporting and reconciliations
Purchase orders, contracts, and compliance documentation
General office administration and management support
Qualifications & Experience
2+ years
of bookkeeping or office administration experience
Construction industry experience strongly preferred
Understanding of job costing, holdbacks, and progress billings
Experience with Sage, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
