Our firm is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented individual who is proficient with all aspects of office administration. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively. The successful candidate will also be adept at managing daily office operations and handling a busy schedule. We are looking for a dedicated and efficient professional who will take the initiative to help our team accomplish tasks while thinking two steps ahead. Responsibilities:
  • Maintain system functionality.
  • Maintain technical knowledge of computer systems.
  • Install and maintain computers, software, and peripherals.
  • Maintain computer and peripheral hardware; configure, upgrade and troubleshoot; share resources across a network or the Internet.
  • Provide customer service, respond to requests for information, solve problems, gather information, and explain procedures to customers.
  • Improve office workflow by revising work processes, implementing new procedures and updating technology.
  • Perform related duties as requested.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $24.00-$32.00 per hour Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Work Location: One location
