Office Administrator/bookkeeper

Job Description

Kelly is hiring a permanent full-time Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our client's team! This is an exciting role with abundant room for strategy and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls and deliveries
  • Accounts Payable - enter invoices and expenses for approval
  • Accounts Receivable - enter invoices for payment from clients and follow up with payment schedule
  • Prepare and file WSIB and HST remittances
  • Bank reconciliation
Qualifications/Skills Required:
  • 2-5 years of administrative and accounting experience
  • Must have experience with filing of WSIB & HST remittances
  • 2-year college diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Experience with Quickbooks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to work efficiently with a high degree of accuracy
  • Thrive in a collaborative, problem solving atmosphere with shared goals
  • Must have two dose covid vaccination
Compensation/Perks:
  • Salary range $50,000-$57,000 per year (based on experience)
  • Benefits package and vacation
